Home Learning can contribute significantly to children’s learning and achievement if it is purposeful, appropriate in level, and of a realistic amount. 

Core Home learning expectations are:

1. Daily reading (10 minutes daily)

2. Spellings linked to spelling rules (10 minutes daily) or phonic sound (KS1)

3. Times tables (10 minutes daily)

4. Termly creative project (optional)
